This track was inspired by the yearly migration of 10s of 1000s of Monarch butterflies down to South America. Like all the music on my upcoming album, it is derived from a spontaneous improvisation (although in this case i worked alone,) and then meticulously arranged and produced into a finished track. My goal is to keep the original improvisation intact as much as possible, while embellishing it without losing the feeling of the moment from which it sprang.
